Joseph Delmastro
Joseph Delmastro lived in Japan from 1977 to 1997 and has had a strong association with Japan and the Japanese people for over forty years. After growing up in Pekin, outside Peoria, Illinois, he received orders to work in a DOD intelligence organization in Tokyo while serving in the U.S. Air Force. He currently resides in Australia with his wife and five children.
